The Challenge
Way, a leading software experience company, is redefining how brands connect with their audiences through its all-in-one experiential platform. By consolidating bespoke experiences, one-time activations, and recurring experiential resources into a single solution, Way eliminates the need for fragmented third-party tools.
With three core products—Host, Activate, and Reserve—Way empowers brands to launch and scale meaningful, brand-defining experiences. However, their previous website fell short of conveying the platform’s transformative impact. Way needed a site that reflected their value, clearly communicated their product offering, and provided an experience as compelling as the solutions they deliver.
Our Approach
To bring Way’s vision to life, we partnered closely with Dave Rax to ensure the website remained true to the brand while elevating it for a digital-first audience. Every design decision aimed to showcase Way’s ability to create seamless, connected experiences.
At the heart of the redesign was a dynamic hero animation, brought to life in collaboration with Kinetic Studio. The spinning and expanding cards became a visual metaphor for Way’s core promise: unifying diverse experiential tools into one cohesive, intuitive platform. This animation set the tone for the entire site—polished, innovative, and impactful.
We also focused on simplifying how users understood Way’s product offering. Rather than overwhelming visitors with complexity, we designed a custom pricing experience that allowed users to “stack” products like Host, Activate, and Reserve. This interactive feature gave brands a clear, flexible way to see how the platform could scale to meet their unique needs, positioning Way as the go-to partner for experiential management.
The collaboration didn’t end with the site launch. Since going live, we’ve continued to support Way, helping them expand their digital presence with over 10 new pages tailored to ongoing campaigns and initiatives, including the rollout of their recent brand video launch.
The Final Point
The impact of the new website was immediate. Event counts surged by over 211%, active users grew by 128.8%, and key events saw a staggering 1,870% increase. Beyond the numbers, the site earned industry recognition, being featured on leading design inspiration platforms as a standout example of experiential tech and SaaS design.
The new website is more than a digital presence—it’s a reflection of Way’s ability to unlock the power of experiences. Through thoughtful design, innovative development, and a focus on storytelling, we transformed the site into an experience of its own. It not only captures Way’s unique value proposition but also positions them to continue elevating how brands engage with their audiences.
